I have been really slacking on my blogging. I guess this is something to get used to, another responsibility, isn’t it? No bottled water – update!

So last night I asked DH how he liked using the Filtrete bottles and his answer? "It saves us money." Yup, that's it! LOL He's into saving money. I'm into saving the planet. :)  He did say (not last night, but a week or so ago) that the water tastes better than the water straight from the tap. I'd have to agree. Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!  It of course seems like it flew by! I can't believe it's 2011 already. We had a great Christmas although it was extremely busy. January – I’m ready!!

So my new change for January is to implement the Filtrete water station water bottles and get rid of bottled water. Our big change in 2010

The biggest thing we did in 2010 to lessen our carbon footprint was to use cloth diapers. I really wasn't sure how this was going to work out, but it turns out I love cloth diapering LA (my youngest son). After learning that disposable diapers can stay in a landfill for up to 500 years, I really didn't want to use them.
