This post is written as part of my partnership with Stonyfield, however, all opinions are 100% my own.
It’s no secret that I love making fun snacks for the kids. I’ve mentioned Bento style lunches more than a few times. It’s fun stuff to do for the kids that makes their lunch and/or snacks fun! LA starts school next week. I’ve also said this before, but where has the time gone!? Kindergarten already!? We’ve been practicing our lunch routines since most days I will be packing his lunch and I’ve found some school lunch must haves! Do you have those certain items that you HAVE to keep around for school lunches? Here are my favorites!
Fruit is an item that’s at the top of this list. LA LOVES fruit, especially strawberries and bananas! Of course, it’s nearing the end of strawberry season so we’ll pack other fruits. He’s always been a big fan of fresh fruits and veggies so I’ll give him some every day!
Honest Kids has some easy to toss in the lunch pouch drinks that I trust giving to my children. Stonyfield has a wide range of products we can use in lunchboxes, too! The Stonyfield YoKids Squeeze is always a hit with LA so we’ll be stocking up on these! His favorite is the StrAWESOME. Awesome name, right!? 😉
Stonyfield’s YoKids Squeezers are also HUGE in our house. The kids love the Cherry/Berry and the Blueberry/Lemonade combo packages. We love freezing them for the perfect summer treat, but those frozen treats are also perfect for putting in lunchboxes because they will be thawed just in time for your little one’s lunch! Annie’s products are also high on our list. They offer a wide range of organic snacks that don’t have all that extra “bad” stuff and I feel good giving their products to my children.
Elementary school lunche must haves are much simpler than middle school, don’t you think?! 😉 At this age they are still into fun and appealing foods!
