Continuing Our Green Bathroom Changes with Coyuchi and Zabada

Recently I wrote about how we are making green changes in our bathroom. I believe in making small changes here and there and over time all of our small changes make big differences. If you’ve been around here for a while you know that’s what I talk about often. With Earth Day this week, celebrate by spoiling yourself a bit and by making more green bathroom changes with the help of Coyuchi and Zabada.

Coyuchi Luxury TowelsI was recently sent some samples of Coyuchi and Zabada to try. I’ve been wanting to try Coyuchi towels and bedding products for some time now. I honestly had never heard of Zabada so I was eager to try their products too after reading about them. When I say you should celebrate Earth Day by spoiling yourself, it’s because these products are luxurious and amazing! Every household should have them!

Pamper Yourself and Your Green Your Bathroom

Coyuchi is the first company to bring organic cotton bedding to the United States. Their towels are loomed from pure organic cotton. I love that their colors are drawn from earth, water and sky – three of my favorite things! The towels are incredibly soft and heavenly to wrap in after a soothing bath. Another great thing about Coyuchi towels is that they are designed to dry quickly. This is great on the towel rack and also great for drying time when laundering…yet another green aspect. The towels are free of the toxic dyes, bleaches and finishes used in conventional textiles making them incredibly safe for your family.

Cleaning the bathroom isn’t on the list of favorite things to do of anyone I know but it’s something we all have to do. With three little ones I am always hesitant in what products I use because I don’t want harsh chemicals or bleach anywhere near them but on the flip side, I want our bathroom to be as clean as possible so it’s tough. Since I had never heard of Zabada I was intrigued when I read about their products.

Zabada hopes to rid American homes of harmful, chemical cleaning products. Using fiber clean technology Zabada products remove 99.9% of bacteria throughout the home using only water. The Bathroom Handy features a two-sided and fibered cleaning solution. The speckled side of the Bathroom Handy is the soft side, this is used to clean smooth surfaces such as mirrors, vanities and shower screens. The non-soft side of the Bathroom Handy is used to remove calcium, lime, mold and soap scum from wet areas in the bathroom.

The Bathroom Marvel is highly absorbent and perfect for streak-free drying of bathroom surfaces. The Marvel is durable enough for daily use in keeping lustrous surfaces like bathroom fixtures, shower doors and mirrors crystal clear.

Only water, huh? Definitely something worth a try, right!? These items have become my favorite items to use when cleaning the bathroom. I keep them easily accessible so I can clean the mirror almost daily and wipe the sink off.

Reasons you’ll love Zabada:

  1. Replaces store-bought cloths, sponges, and grime products
  2. Cleans surfaces in the bathroom, laundry and toilet
  3. No need for yucky chemical sprays and bleach
  4. Removes calcium, soap, toothpaste with just using water
  5. Lasts 2 to 3 years, saving you money from buying chemicals

Over the past few months I’ve been making a few green bathroom changes here and there. I have to admit that I’ve surpassed my goals with how many changes I could achieve in one small room and it feels amazing! Celebrating with amazing products is the icing on the cake! Coyuchi and Zabada are two products that belong in a green bathroom and will benefit everyone who uses the room!
