Keeping Baby Warm and Safe with Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sack

When it comes to winters here in Michigan it can get pretty cold. This winter and last winter have been two of the coldest winters I can remember. With Annie being only 11 months old I still won’t put blankets in her crib so I am thankful for Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sacks that we were sent for review to keep her warm and safe!

Baby Sleep SackThe Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sack is one of the best sleep sacks I’ve ever come across. The inner is made from luxuriously soft Woolmark-certified Superfine Merino. It has a GOTS-certified organic combed cotton outer layer gives extra durability for years of use! This sleep sack would last through multiple kids, trust me!

Merino Wool Sleep SackIf you aren’t familiar with Merino Wool, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. This is some of the softest material you’ll come across and you’ll love putting baby into it knowing baby has some incredibly soft material next to her! It also has an innovative safety belt aperture that makes it easy to transfer sleeping baby between car seat, stroller and nursery to maintain sleep routine.

Merino Kids Baby Sleep SackThis baby sleep sack is easy to get on baby with shoulder snaps on one side that allow for an easy top opening and a zipper that makes for the side to open easily and slide baby right in. There are also extra snaps near baby’s arm pit for smaller babies to get a snug fit. (sorry for the blurry photo above, Annie didn’t want to lay still for a photo under her arm!)

Baby loves Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sack

This baby sleep sack fits babies 0-2 years safely and comfortably. Merino Kids also has a toddler sleep sack available for toddlers ages 2-4 years old.

Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sack – 100% natural, itch-free and allergy-safe.

This material has a remarkable natural ability to regulate body temperature. It captures and circulates air to insulate child when the room temperature falls, and releases excess body heat and moisture as the room temperature rises. It’s perfect for year round weather!

The Merino Kids Sleep Sacks are definitely worth their price. They are available in a variety of colors (I’m not certain what “color” we received as I don’t see it on their site) and in the two sizes mentioned above. Whether you are shopping for your own baby or for a baby shower, you want to add Merino Kids Sleep Sacks to your must-have list!

  1. We live in Montana and have really cold winters here, too. I’ve often wondered about these since they are on the pricey side if they are worth it. Glad to hear you like it. I really like these colors for my son, I wish they were on the site!

  2. Jennifer Knox says:

We recently received one of these as a gift for baby due this summer. I am really excited that we’ll be able to use it for a few years and happy to read about how much you like it.

  3. Angie Johns says:

I really like these but my daughter is 2 1/2 and I worry she’ll fall if she gets up and tries to walk in it. I want to get one for our next baby though.

  4. Sabrina R says:

I REALLY like that this has an opening for a seat belt in the car seat. I work nights and have to pick baby up from my sitter when he’s sleeping so this will be perfect for me to keep him warm and be able to transfer him into bed as soon as we get home! I’m so excited about this!

  5. That is a great idea for a baby shower gift. One of my fiends is expecting twins early August… this would be a great idea for her shower gift.
