Be Protected in All Weather Types with Carhartt’s Women’s Jackets

Living in Michigan means lots of surprises with the weather. There are times in the winter that the weather can change 20-30 degrees in one day. It’s crazy! I’m so thankful for Carhartt’s women’s jackets because I know they have me protected no matter what the weather is going to be! Carhartt recently sent me a couple of their jackets to try. If you remember, I told you all about the Carhartt Crowley jacket not long ago. Today, I want to share with you the Carhartt Force Equator in all it’s glory!

Carhartt's Women's JacketsFirst off, I have to tell you it’s been difficult for me to get pictures of myself in my Force Equator because there are two men in my house seem to be in love with this jacket as much as I am. That’s right…my oldest son and my husband have both been wearing MY jacket, too. They love it. I love it. This jacket is super lightweight but don’t let that fool you! It has the Carhartt Storm Defender™ waterproof breathable membrane outer and FastDry™ technology that wicks away moisture for comfort. It’s the perfect jacket to wear when it’s raining or even in that wet snow we have here. It’s perfect for working and moving around as the jacket moves with your body perfectly.

Carhartt for Women Winter
My oldest son walks to campus for classes sometimes and he uses this to layer over another jacket when it’s slightly raining or snowing to keep dry. It has a hood, which is the perfect addition to help keep his head dry. (Also perfect for keeping my hair dry when I have to go into work when it’s raining!) Another great feature? It fights odor…I mean, I am not saying the guys smell or anything but sometimes it’s just not super pleasant. lol The Force Equator fights odors so I’ve not had any issues with my jacket smelling like the guys say after a long walk to campus or anything. 😉

Women's Force Equator
The Force Equator is available in both pink and black from sizes XS to XXL. Now that I think about it, maybe I should have gotten pink and the guys wouldn’t be taking my jacket so often! 😉 The size is true to size for me and the quality of this jacket is nothing less than I would expect from Carhartt – it’s amazing! As I said earlier, the jacket moves with me and is easy to work in. I work in a business office and have worn it with business casual attire and it looks fabulous! I’ve also worn it with jeans and again, it looks fabulous! It’s versatile in it’s look, versatile in the weather and is my go to rain and light snow jacket!

There are pockets inside on both sides as well as pockets on the outside. Plenty of room to protect things like a phone or wallet when it’s raining! Once the weather starts getting colder I know I can still count on Carhartt’s women’s jackets by layer this on top of another Carhartt I have to stay dry and warm! This jacket also has a media port that allows you to thread your headphones through the pocket so you can use them with your phone/iPod, etc. Talk about being on top of style and technology! Carhartt rocks! 😉
