I’m going to start making all my own beauty products this year!

Use more natural cleaning products and buy healthier/ safe foods for my family
WE do a lot to live green, just because we believe in it. However, with a large family of six, I haven’t figured out a way to dry clothes on the line in the wet winter months in NC. I plan to figure this out this year because I hate using the dryer!

i have for years hung my clothes on a clothesline…i only use my dryer if it is raining…it is amazing how much $$$$$ you save

My green resolution is to start recycling (it’s incredibly hard to recycle in the part of the country where I live).
To reduce our water usage.
We recycle aluminum cans and use cloth dish towels to save on paper towels and trees.
I keep replacing more of my lights with CFL bulbs. We just did two of the hard-to-reach outdoor fixtures with them tonight.
We are pretty green but there is always room for improvement. Switching to strictly organic is the last big hurdle for this year.
I love trying to find new herbals to use everywhere and changing how we live each day!
