Although I’ve been a cloth diapering mama for over two years now (wow, really!? Where has the time gone!?) There are a few things I have never ventured into with cloth diapering and wool is one of them. My friend over at Eco Baby Mama Drama has tried it, but not me! I guess for some reason it scares me. Maybe it’s the unknown. I don’t know. I’ve heard it’s great for overnights: it keeps babies dry and it’s breathable material. What do you know about wool? Have you tried it? Do you love it? Comment below and convince me to try it!

I’ve tried wool. In fact I actually learned how to knit about 8 years ago so I could make my own wool soakers. I think the first thing I ever used was an Aristocrat soaker for overnight diapering with my son, and then with my daughter. It’s not really that hard, especially if you only use it overnight and don’t have to deal with pull-off covers and poopy diapers. Not having to wash it for weeks is a huge plus. You should give it a try. It’s soft and squishy and probably one of the main sources of the word ‘fluff’
I’d really love to try the Kiwi Pie fitted and the wool cover.
I would also love to try their Kiwi Pie™ One Size Fitted Diaper.
