I was doing laundry the other day and pulling the coins out of my husband’s pants (as I so often do) and it dawned on me that I needed a coin jar in our laundry room. I could quickly and easily have a place to toss all of the coins I find in our pants and instead of putting them on top of the washer and hoping I remember to bring them upstairs with me…I can reuse an Earth’s Best baby food jar!! Another bonus besides reusing a baby food jar? It’s a small (ok, teeny) savings!
If you fill it up a few times a month that could easily take care of a few trips to Starbucks!
Earth’s Best Baby Food Jars – Another Way to Reuse!

Great idea with the baby food jars. I am always finding loose change in the washer. Thanks
That is a good idea!! I’ve been putting my other grandson’s M&Ms rewards in a jar on the kitchen counter.
Reusing baby food or other small glass jars has been a multi-generational tip in our family. The hold small nuts, bolts, and screws in the tool box; sequins and tiny buttons in the sewing basket; touch up amounts of wall paint on my utility shelf; saved seeds for planting later: the list runs on
It’s the little things that make a difference! I always recycled baby jars, but it’s better to reuse them as much as possible. Thanks for another great idea!
