I have been a deal shopper since I got my first apartment. That has been quite a few years ago and my deal-seeking has gotten more addicting! It started with using paper coupons here and there. That went to faithfully getting the newspaper each and every weekend to clip the coupons. It then graduated to searching each ad for the best prices and if I needed to, I would visit three stores to save the most amount of money. When shopping at clothing stores I am immediately drawn to the clearance racks and I have even been known to buy end-of-the-season clearance clothes for my kids the following year! Yes, I’m that deal seeker.
When the internet days began I wasn’t too much into couponing or searching for deals online…but that didn’t last long. I soon found that I could get some great deals online and I could even get free shipping! Black Friday deals eventually started online, too, and then Cyber Monday was born and the deals just kept coming and coming! My holiday shopping took the world wide web route and has been so much more hassle-free! We purchase many gifts online and sometimes even have them sent directly to out-of-town relatives – it just makes things so easy! It’s amazing what you can find online and the price comparisons are sometimes out of this world!
With the birth of online savings came websites where you can find Net Voucher Codes to save additional money when purchasing online. I have begged and begged my husband to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS look for a discount code prior to purchasing anything online. It’s automatic for me and I have a difficult time purchasing online if I can’t find a discount/voucher code! Most of the time you can find one and if you can save even $5, why not? I’m all for saving money and what a simple way to do it!
