Wow, last week was a test. And I failed. It was awful, I was sick most of the week and I don’t think I stayed with the plan one night. I won’t even give you the details, it was that bad.
Here’s to hoping for a better week. I am starting to feel better so I am going to try very hard to stick to the plan this week! Here goes…
Monday – Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Tuesday – left overs (hopefully)
Wednesday – General’s Chicken with rice and egg rolls
Thursday – Chili
Friday – left overs
Saturday – dinner out
