How Do You Say Yes to Natural Parenting?

My journey to natural parenting began almost three years ago. Since then I’ve been trying to make improvements in the decisions I make for our household. This means changes in the food we eat, in the habits we develop and in the products I buy. With the products I buy for my family I have learned to read labels and I have learned so much about how bad some of the ingredients are for our bodies. Other small changes I have made include more organic foods and recycling as much as possible. There are many small things we can teach our children that over time will make a big difference in not only our health, but in our earth as well!

I want to fill you in a on a little secret, are you ready? All you have to say is “YES,” literally. While, I was on my weekly Target-run (my favorite part of the week), I stumbled upon carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and some blueberries. No, I wasn’t in the produce aisle, I was in the beauty section! It’s this line called ‘Yes To’ – and it’s totally mommy friendly; all their products are natural, free of parabens, priced under $20 (my kind of line!), and made with fruits and veggies. Join me in in saying “YES” to Yes To…this is one secret I am ok with you spilling!

I personally picked up some Yes to Baby Carrots products for my little ones. I have been wanting to try this line for some time now and I picked up two products: the Yes to Baby Carrots Bubble Bath and the Yes to Baby Carrots Shampoo and Body Wash foam. I have fallen in love with this stuff!! It works great (especially the Bubble Bath!! <3 it!!)

Trying to get my toddler to eat his fruits and veggies used to end up in WWIII, but after using the Yes To Baby Carrots line (made with carrots and a melody of orange fruits – like melon, punkin, and apricot), it’s not so hard anymore! He just loves bath time so much and plays with these bright orange bottles and have even named the little carrot that’s on them; that now eating his veggies (especially carrots) is that much more fun for him! You know as a mama, we say..whatever it takes!

After using these products on my kiddos I visited the Yes to Hair Collection page and found many products I want to try myself! I have naturally curly and frizzy hair and Yes to has an fabulous solution to the frizz problem! They have some fab-u-lous-o products!!

Yes to is one natural parenting choice you can make, what are some of the other changes you’ve made that make you a natural parent? What was hardest? Easiest?

If you’ve not heard of them, visit the Yes to official website for more information!  Also be sure to stop by the Yes to Facebook  and Yes to Twitter pages! You can also sign up for the Yes to email for up to date company info and promos! You’ll love all that you see and learn about Yes to!
