Another Fabulous Friday is here and what does that mean? More FLUFF from Mama on a Green Mission and Eco Baby Mama Drama! This week we are featuring Max & Jack’s Room along with Peachy Green diapers!! I am reviewing the all-in-one diaper from Peachy Greens, Bri at Eco Baby Mama Drama is reviewing the all-in-two so be sure to check out her review when you are done here! I was super excited to try this diaper so let me get this started!
Max & Jack’s Room was started by a mama of three boys who battled eczema with her son. After changing laundry detergents and soaps and everything she could think of with no luck she took the cloth diapering plunge. After much research and realizing how eco-friendly and cost efficient cloth diapering was she decided to remain a cloth diapering mama and she eventually started her own shop. The shop holds classes on a variety of topics and if you are in the Gurnee, Illinois area I encourage you to check out the classes!
Max & Jack’s Room carries a wide range of products, many of which the owner has tried and is more than happy to offer her advice and suggestions as well as answer any questions you may have. They offer many types of cloth diapers, including newborn, some amazing accessories like sprayers, wet bags, liners, inserts and more as well as skin care and laundry detergents. Max & Jack’s Room also has a rewards program and free shipping over $15! Sounds great, doesn’t it?
As I mentioned, we were sent the all-in-one Peachy Green diaper to review. I chose the Hootie Tootie print and wasn’t a bit disappointed. It’s so cute and colorful in person! The organic cotton and bamboo viscose diaper inner is natural, organic, and the entire diaper is easily washable! I washed it 4 times before using and ever since I just wash with our normal diapers, nothing special required. You can leave the snap in soaker attached or unsnap it for washing. The diaper is pretty fast drying for being an AIO because of the inner being snapped on top and not sewn in. The diaper is not a one size diaper, it is available in three sizes. We went with a size one since Addy is about 18 pounds.
The snap in insert is three layers of absorbency and easily snaps into the diaper. There isn’t a pocket to add extra absorbency, however, there are snap in hemp boosters for extra protection! The diaper doesn’t come with these boosters, but it would be a great investment so the diaper can be used for naps and possibly overnight!
The front of the diaper fits great! It is a side snapping diaper with two snaps on each side with multiple size adjustments. I love the bold colors of this print!
You can see the diaper fits around baby Addy’s legs wonderfully! We had no leaks escape from the sides. Also, notice how trim this diaper is! the side view on the right shows how incredibly trim it is! I love that about it!
The final view…she crawls around and the diaper fits great, looks great and works well! It’s adorable, isn’t it?
