I talk about nursing a lot on this blog. It’s near and dear to my heart and over the past year I’ve really gotten to try some amazing nursing clothes. Nursing clothes make nursing mamas’ lives much easier, trust me! Because I have a secret love affair with bamboo material, nursing clothes that are bamboo material steal my heart!
Breast is Best has some amazing nursing clothes, bras, breast pumps and items for mom as well as baby! I was so happy to see such a wide array of products including nursing swimwear, sleepwear, tops and dresses! They have us nursing mamas covered, that’s for sure! Breast is Best came about after the owner, Niki, had her daughter and became frustrated with the lack of appropriate clothing for breastfeeding. Since then, they’ve strived to offer affordable and fashionable clothing for us nursing mamas! Thank you, Breast is Best!
The kind people at Breast is Best sent me their Bamboo Flannel Nursing PJ Set for review. I immediately fell in love with the material as it was incredibly soft and I knew it was perfect for sleeping in. The top is black and is made of 66% bamboo, 26% cotton and 8% lycra. The sleeves are 3/4 length, making it great for cool nights! The bottoms are 100% cotton and have a black draw string and elastic waist. The pants are a pink/black/white plaid print: the perfect combination of colors to give that feminine flair!
You can see the black top has the perfect separation piece to allow for easy and discrete nursing, if needed.

I love the ruffled edges of the top. It has this on the mid-nursing section, the bottom and on the sleeves. It’s the perfect feminine touch!

The pink/black/white plaid patterned pants with a black band around the bottom of each leg. Gorgeous pattern, isn’t it? 
As I said, I knew I would be in love with these PJs and that I am!! They make it so easy to nurse discretely if someone stops by in the evening when I already have my PJs on. They keep me warm and are so cozy! I love the print and the material. The print is plaid on mine, however, they are also available in a super cute Bow Ties print. They are perfect for wearing around the house day and night! If you know a mama that’s about to have a baby these would be the perfect pampering gift to get for her to wear at the hospital! I was more than happy with the ones I received and I know from previous experience that Breast is Best has amazing products! Live these and I am not even nursing! Pink and black is a great combination and I like the lettuce detail on the top making it extra girly not just a plain nursing top! I have to get some for myself for the next baby!
That looks so comfortable. I had SO few choices when my kids were younger. I had to lift my shirt all the way up to let them nurse. Not discreet at all. The ruffles definitely add a feminine touch. I love the pants too. They look super cozy!
Wow, love the nursing section on the top! What an awesome idea, and how convenient for night time nursing. If you have a co-sleeper you could literally just scoop your little one up and easily nurse without any effort at all! Definitely going to pick me up some of these! I always felt so unattractive after giving birth… I think part of this is the fact that I didn’t really have any cute nursing clothing. I made due with what I had in my closet. This is super cute and comfy looking, which is especially nice for post baby body.
