Friday’s Fabulous Fluffy Feature with Nature Bumz

We love cloth diapering. I love trying new cloth diapers on my little ones and this week I get to tell you all about a great shop and a great diaper! For this week’s feature we worked with Nature Bumz on a review of the Baby Kangas diaper.

Friday's Fabulous Fluffy Feature

Nature Bumz is an online baby and natural parenting store that carries a wide array of products. Not only do they carry a wide selection of cloth diapering brands and products, but they carry safe and natural products for mom, baby, and beyond. Nature Bumz is ran by a work at home mama of two little boys, Crystal, along with her husband, Brian. They operate out of Canada, however, they ship to both the US and Canada!

Nature Bumz kindly sent us a Baby Kangas pocket diaper for review. We received the meadow green color, which is a gorgeous gender neutral color. This is a one sized diaper that is said to fit approximately 10-35 pound babies and toddelrs. The one different thing that I immediately noticed and liked about this pocket diaper was the fact that the pocket is secured with a zipper! That’s right – this is the first pocket diaper I’ve personally seen and used with a zipper! The diaper has a waterproof outer layer of PUL and have a microfleece inner to help keep baby dry. This is a one size diaper with three rise settings and a wide range of waist adjustments to fit small and large babies and it is available in a great selection of colors.

You can see the diaper fulls closed and you can se ethe tabs to cross over for those tiny babies. The zippered pocket is on the outside, which does make it easier to unstuff the diaper.

We keep the diaper on the second snap rise setting and get a great fit on our 18 pound baby girl. There are still plenty of snaps to extend around her waist for growing.

Baby Kangas fit

The legs fit great! We had no leaks when using this diaper. It worked great!

Baby Kangas diapers This is a side view that shows it can be a bit fluffy! :_ This has two inserts in for extra protection overnight. It is pretty trim with just one insert.

The diaper is very easy to launder and was actually better in the laundry department because there is no touching to unstuff – I’m a big fan of that! The inner is very soft agaist his head.

Purchase: You can purchase Baby Kangas diapers from Nature Bumz (along with many other great brands)! The Baby Kangas diaper retails for $17.50CA. The inserts are not included in that price.

Be sure you also stop by Eco Baby Mama Drma and see how this diapers fit her toddler!

Disclosure: I received the above mentioned product free of charge in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are 100% my own and are not influenced in any way.

  1. I love that you can crossover the tabs for small babies. We have always had skinny babies and had trouble with certain diapers because we couldn’t get the tight enough

  2. I don’t generally like pocket diapers, but the zipper pocket in the front is pretty genius!

  3. Never knew about the zipper! Love Nature Bumz….closest location to me for cloth, and the customer service is just awesome!!!
