Hugo Naturals has some incredible products (including a line of baby products) that we were lucky enough to test  recently! One of the goals of Hugo Naturals is to create the most natural and luxurious skin care products possible. With both of my babies having sensitive skin I was delighted to learn that they had a Baby Hugo line and that they were willing to be part of our Made in America event! The Hugo products are made right here in the United States, in California!

Although in this event we are focusing on their baby products, Hugo Naturals offers a wide range of products for the whole family and they’ve got all of you covered from head to toe with luxurious skin (and hair) care products! Hugo Naturals makes their products from all natural,  food-grade quality ingredients that you can feel good about your family using. They are a company that believes in excellence to the highest level and they truly value their customer as well as their employees. I love that the creators of Hugo Natural products are very involved in the company: they personally oversee the development of all products and they frequently travel to retailers across the world to talk with their customers. How incredible is that?

Hugo Naturals sent us a great package to review. The package really lets us get a feel for what kind of products they have to pamper the whole family! They sent mama (yes, I claimed them!) a couple of products and they also sent the entire line of Baby Hugo for us to use on LA and baby Addy. First, let me tell you what they sent for me!

I received three grapefruit lip balms that I love! It is moisturizing and I know it will come in hand this winter for all of us! I now have a new love and it’s the Body Butter from Hugo Naturals! This stuff is SO moisturizing, smells so good and is not greasy at all! Take a look:

Did I mention it’s all natural and I don’t have to worry about what’s being absorbed in my skin? They sent me the Mango scent and oh my, my is it fabulous! I even let my darling husband use it but he’s not one for fruity smells so I guess I’ll have to order some different scent or unscented for him! The next item they sent for me is their Brown Sugar Body Polish…now how they knew I love brown sugar body scrubs is beyond me but I was thrilled!

The picture was taken during the stirring process…it gets rather smooth once stirred! You can see how there are multiple ingredients that need to be mixed together. This scrub feels incredible going on and gently exfoliates while soothing and nourishing the skin! It’s a bit of heaven in a container! I can’t wait to order more Hugo Naturals products for myself, I plan on getting some of the orange and vanilla body butter and shampoo and conditioner!

Ok, now let’s move on to the items we reviewed with the babes: Baby Hugo Naturals. Their full line of baby products includes eight items.  Bare with me because you will want to hear about each and every one of these wonderful items!

First, let’s go over the unscented items: the baby powder and the diaper rash cream. The baby powder is great to have on hand in every house for not only baby, but for older kids and parents! The diaper cream is another must have in baby’s room and using a cream that uses only the purest natural ingredients is important on baby’s already irritated skin. We have not had to use this product yet as we’ve not had rash issues for a while, but since we use cloth diapers we’ll use this with a liner because it does contain zinc oxide.

Next up we have some amazing Chamomile & Vanilla scented products: the Shampoo & Body Wash, the Handcrafted Soap, the Foaming Milk Bath, the Baby Oil and the Oh-So-Soft Lotion. We use the Foaming Milk Bath and Shampoo & Body Wash regularly for both LA and baby Addy. The Shampoo & Body Wash doesn’t have a strong scent and neither does the Foamin Milk Bath, but they work great and I love using them because I know they aren’t filled with ingredients that will harm my children. The Baby Oil is great for my little ones because they both have eczema. We have found that adding a few drops of baby oil in their baths regularly really helps in moisturizing their skin. The Oh-So-Soft Lotion is another piece of heaven in my opinion. I love using this on baby Addy after baths. I use it for baby massages right before bed too! The scent is incredible and the formula is perfect: it’s not too thin or thick and it has incredible moisturizing power! The handcrafted soap is something I’ve used for myself and I love it! It is gentle and has a slight relaxing scent! I love it!

Finally we have the Lavender & Chamomile scented Baby Mist. This is great for so many things! First, it has chamomile just like some of the other products, which is great for relaxing baby and helping her rest more easily! I’ve sprayed this lightly on her sheets, I’ve used it on her after diaper changes and baths, and even put it on her swaddle blankets! We love it and it’s a must-have in the nursery!

All of the Baby Hugo products have been incredible! They are all natural and I feel comfortable using them on my babies! These products are definitely on our must-haves list for body care!
