Friday’s Fabulous Fluffy Feature with Bumblebaby Cloth Diapers

Cloth diapering has become a part of my life in a way I never thought it would! I LOVE cloth and have become quite the addict. My cloth preferences have changed a bit and I have adjusted and become no so picky like I was in the beginning. I used to only want aplix closure all-in-one diapers. Hubby still prefers those but I have expanded our stash and I now also love pocket diapers with snaps! I love trying new diapers so I was thrilled when I received the Bumblebaby pocket diaper and had several months to really review the diaper.

When I was pregnant with baby Addy I was busy building my stash of pink and girly diapers. Oh was it ever fun! After having two boys, I absolutely love getting girly stuff for her and when I had the chance to get a Bumblebaby diaper with the characters from The Princess and the Frog I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the diaper!

Bumblebaby sent us a one-size pocket diaper with bamboo fleece insert. I love that the insert is bamboo! It did require extra washing to reach it’s full absorbency but it was worth it! The insert is long enough to fold and customize for extra protection in the front, middle or back, wherever your little ones needs it! The diaper has a hidden layer of PUL and the lining that is against baby is also unique in that it is made of an ultra cool pique material. This is something new to us as none of our other diapers have this type of material. It has worked well though! I really like this diaper! I love the snap placement too.

The pocket opening is generous in size and has a unique snap to close the opening. I’ve not seen this on other diapers and thought it was interesting. 

This was baby Addy at three months old with her Bumblebaby diaper on. You can see the snaps cross over for a perfect fit! I absolutely love the fit of this diaper on her. I also love that it’s a one-size diaper so it can grow with her. The rise is on the smallest setting for her in the above picture and still is at 4 months so she has lots of room to grow!

At this time Bumblebaby diapers is not open for business. I received this diaper for review several months ago and have since learned that the business is no longer open and they have closed their social media accounts. I have heard of people having trouble with the company but other than some shipping problems I did not experience problems. I really hope the company re-opens because I would love to get another one of these diapers!
