Now that I’ve been using cloth for almost two years, I’ve been through a lot of different types of diapers and a lot of different brands. I just wanted to do a fun post today an highlight my absolute favorite “first diapers I grab” post!
Right now my favorite diaper for my 22 month old is the Econappi from Swaddlebees. Love, love, love this diaper!! It is a pocket diaper (can also be used like an all in two) with a velour inner and the inserts are organic cotton/bamboo. My absolute favorite diaper for baby Addy? The mini nappi. Yes, that’s right I love the same diaper for both kids (just different sizes). Addy can fit into the one size econappi but the minis still fit her better right for now.
My second favorite diaper right now? It’s another Swaddlebees diaper – the Simplex one size diaper. It’s simple to use, daddy friendly and fits both babes very well! It insert is all attached making it an all-in-one, however, it agitates out in the wash making it easy to clean and much faster to dry than other AIOs.
Next on my list of favorites is Apple Cheeks! We love Apple Cheeks in this house! Well, ok, I love Apple Cheeks! My husband doesn’t use them because they are snaps and pockets. We use their bamboo inserts and love them! They are a tri-fold insert for lots and lots of absorption! They have some fabulous colors and I love the few prints they have! I wish they would come out with more!! 
My next two favorite diapers come in at a tie: the Babykicks Premium Pocket diaper and the GroVia hybrid system. The Babykicks Premium is another diaper that has the velour inner (love, love these!!) and it has a super absorbent hemp insert. The GroVia hybrid system is great to use on travel and can be used with either biodegradable inserts or snap in inserts. I love using the GroVia diapers when we travel to Ohio to visit family. If you’ve been around here you know I am a hook/loop lover and GroVia has the absolute best hook/loop I’ve ever seen on a diaper. It’s very strong and durable!
The fabulous runner-up in my favorites is the Bum Genius Elemental AIO. This is an organic cotton inner and again is super easy to use and I love their newest prints so much that I waited months to get them after ordering!! I do wish it came in hook/loop closure and it dried faster, but other than those two things we love it!
There you have it…my favorite cloth diapers for my little ones.
