As many of you know, I am very passionate about nursing. I am so thankful to the incredible companies that will to cater to us nursing mamas to make our job easier! Nursing tops are essential, in my opinion, to an active mama. We go out often so having a shirt that I can easily nurse my baby while wearing makes things so much easier. I have found a fabulous nursing shirt from Isabella Oliver, the Bella Nursing Top.
Isabella Oliver is yet another company that came about because pregnant women were looking for something they couldn’t find. I find these types of companies to be some of the best! In this case, the founder was looking for pregnancy clothing that she liked to wear! I’ll have to agree, it is rather difficult to find stylish maternity/nursing wear that looks great and that I enjoy wearing! Isabella Oliver strives to provide women with stylish, modern classics that look and feel great! They offer not only gorgeous maternity clothes, but also nursing wear!
I chose the Bella Nursing Top in Azure Blue to review. The shirt is stylish and perfect for dressing up but at the same time is incredibly comfortable and functional. As a nursing mama of an 11 week old little girl there are times that she needs to eat when we are out and about or even times when we have company that she needs to eat. I prefer to be discrete in my nursing her and I love having shirts in my wardrobe that allow me to do just that!
When I received the Bella Nursing Top I was really excited to open it and add something so beautiful to my wardrobe. I received a pleasant surprise when I opened the package. It was nicely packaged in an Isabella Oliver shopping bag looking like a gift! When I got the shirt out I was nothing less than amazed at how soft this top is. I was immediately in love and had a new favorite top! I went to the bedroom to try the shirt on and every bit of me truly relished in the softness. The top is made of 95% Viscose and 5% Elastane, which makes for the perfect combination of “stretchiness” and softness! It is very easy to nurse Baby Addy while wearing this top. I can discretely nurse her even at a dinner table in a restaurant and feel fully covered and not get second looks from people wondering what I am doing! You can see in the above picture that it looks great and everything is covered – yes, I really am nursing her in this picture! It covers every place it needs to while allowing Baby Addy to eat comfortably! We both love this shirt!

My Final Thoughts: I really enjoy this shirt. It’s comfortable and functional, two things I need in my life right now! It looks great on and I feel great in it! What more could a mama ask for?
