Today I want to tell you all about some great beauty products! Sibu Beauty products are a 100% natural line and contain USDA organic ingredients, no parabens, wheat, gluten, dairy, or yeast. The products are cruelty-free and have been awarded certification from PETA. Sibu Beauty wants to make a difference not only in our health, but for the planet as well. They have a partnership with the Forest Stewardship Council and practice fair trade harvesting in Tibet and philanthropic outreach. Sibu Beauty carries a wide range of products such as facial soap, cream, and cleanser, hydrating serum, rejuvenating night cream, liquid dietary supplement and soft gel supplements.
Sibu Beauty products use sea buckthorn. I wasn’t familiar with this until I learned about Sibu. The Sibu website explains that the sea buckthorn is a tiny fruit that grows high in the Tibetan Himalayas. This fruit resists the harsh weather conditions and high altitudes and fortifies itself against the elements by producing an array of powerful nutrients. With over 190 bioactive compounds, sea buckthorn is an unsurpassed source of Omegas 3, 6, and 9. It also has a rich source of elusive essential fatty acid, Omega-7, an essential fatty acid vital to collagen production and healthy skin, hair and nails.
I was sent the facial soap and the hydrating serum to review. Let’s talk about the facial soap first. I absolutely love the smell of this soap. It’s a fruity clean smell, difficult to really describe but it’s amazing! I love washing my face with this soap! I feel so refreshed afterwards and knowing that it’s great for my skin is a huge plus! Love it! The soap has almost a rough feel (like an exfoliating product almost) to it but lathers extremely well! It’s great for those morning “wake me up” showers!
The hydrating serum has a bit of a different smell to it. It’s not like the soap, but it’s not horrible either. I applied this after I washed my face with the soap and it was very refreshing! My skin felt amazing after using this hydrating serum! It wasn’t dry, it wasn’t oily, it was perfection! It takes a small amount for each use so the bottle will last a long time! That’s a definite plus in skincare items!
These are definitely products that I will continue to use. They are great for my skin, my skin feels great after use and they are organic and the company is respectable! My kind of products! These would make a great gift for the upcoming holidays for that special mom or person in your life!
