I am thrilled to be a part of Mompact and to be bringing you a product review of a mom invented product! I am featuring the wonderful Zoe b Biodegradable Beach Toys: Toys that clean up after themselves! Zoe b Organics was founded by a mom who thinks we need to take better care of our planet for the sake of our children. I couldn’t agree more, which is why I am so pleased to be telling you about Zoe b Organics! Zoe b carries not only this amazing beach toy set, but also 100% natural rubber, BPA free pacifiers (would love to try these with our new little one coming in February), BPA free teethers, Kidishes, and an adorable Sleepy Hat for baby.

These are the world’s first biodegradable beach toys. This Beach Toy set includes the following: a bucket (with built-in handles-genius!), a sifting lid with geometric cut-outs for learning shapes, a shovel and two cups for sand and water play. The amazing thing about this set is that it biodegrades in salt or fresh water, compost or soil in 2-3 years. This is so wonderful because as a parent I am sure you know that beach toys are often left behind and knowing that they will not take 500 years (like typical plastic does) but only 2-3 years to biodegrade is priceless when we are trying to take care of our planet!

Although we haven’t been able to make it to the beach with this set yet, our little guy has really gotten some use out of it and loves it! He uses it in the bathtub and loves pouring water from the cups into the bucket. He also uses it to put his blocks in and then he dumps the blocks and puts them back in and so on and so on!

He just carries the cups around the house many times and I can tell he just enjoys this set! He will also put his fingers on the shapes so it’s nice to know at his age (almost 14 months) he is noticing the shapes. I always tell him which shape he is pointing to and love that I can work with him on shapes using one of his favorite toys!

These toys are very durable and great for not only children, but for our planet as well! I love that the handles are built-in because with young children other handles could easily break off. Our little guy’s hands fit great into these handles and he loves picking the bucket up by the handles. We give a big thumbs up to Zoe b for the great inventions, keep them coming!
