Before I had LA and I was preparing for him, I had a diaper bag made by a lady who’s shop I found online. I asked her at the time if she could make a wet bag for me as well. It wasn’t one of the products she normally made, however, she researched it and made one for me. She did a great job on the wet bag, however, with each wash the material seems to get harder and harder. Even the inner material isn’t very soft and movable! Weird, I know! I think I picked a bad material for a wet bag. LOL When I received my new WAHMIES wet bag to review, I was overly anxious to see how it would hold up after washing. It felt nice and soft straight out of the package it was mailed in…would it stay that way? Well, I’ve washed it twice and I’m happy to report that it’s still super soft (in comparison to my other wet bag)! I am loving this wet bag, love the size for outings, love the print and love the material! The wet bag is very well put together, and I love that it has the strap that you can use to hang it on a door! That is a great feature! The strap also have a button that you can snap and unsnap so you can easily snap it onto your stroller or anything else you may need to! My secret with the strap? I used it to entertain LA during church last week! LOL He is teething and he was getting a bit impatient so I gave him the (clean and empty) wet bag and showed him the strap…he loved chewing on it! It serves dual purposes! It’s great for teething (HAHA!) and for the convenience of hanging the bag on the back of the nursery door or wherever you chose to hang it! The wet bag can easily fit the 6-8 diapers they say it will fit which is perfect for a day out! We never put in more than three diapers while out because we just don’t stay out that long, however, I did put 7 diapers in while at home one day just to test the fit and it was fine. It does contain the smell very well while we are out and the print helps us to look super cute with an adorable cloth diapering accessory!
