Peter Rabbit Organics Review and GIVEAWAY

Peter Rabbit Organics is a small, privately owned company that was started by a group of five people who had a desire to put children’s health first. They wanted to create a snack that was healthy and did not contain sugar or salt. They wanted to know that the foods they ate (and their children ate) contained no artificial ingredient but still tasted good. What they came up with became Peter Rabbit Organics, super tasty food that is produced in Oregon, USA. I love what they say on their website, “All we want to do is make it easier for parents to feed their children (as well as themselves!) healthy, organic food.”

We reviewed six of the Peter Rabbit Organic pouches and were highly impressed! I love that they don’t specifically say this is baby food. We can eat it and enjoy it just as much as our baby can (without feeling like we are eating baby food). I tried both the Strawberry and Banana as well as the Mango, Banana and Orange and I was amazed at the flavor in these little pouches. They are amazingly good! I am not a big fruits and veggies person, but I am loving these! Great way to get your fruits and veggies in for the day! These are the pouches we tried:

I love the convenience of the pouch. It’s super easy to use on the go! I love looking at labels and seeing what I see on the Peter Rabbit products – just the ingredients, no additives, no sweeteners, salts, etc. For example, the Apple and Grape pouch: just organic apples and organic grapes and organic lemon juice! LOVE IT! All of the pouches are like this – no extras, just the organic fruits and veggies, nothing more! It feels great knowing that what I am feeding to my little boy is healthy and I don’t have to worry about the ingredients. I LOVE that they come in BPA-free resealable pouches! You also have to go check out their website. When you click to view one of their fruit snacks or veggie blends towards the bottom there are cute little fruity facts like this one: “After chocolate and vanilla, orange is the world’s favorite flavor”. I love little facts like that! So interesting! Yet another thing I think is super cool, these are available at Starbucks! That makes me almost wish I were a coffee person because I just think being able to get something like this at Starbucks is super neat!

Ok, now that I’ve told you all that I love about these pouches, let me tell you what LA thought. He loves sucking on the pouch to get his food. He also loves playing with the empty pouch! His two favorites were Mango, Banana and Orange and the Apple and Grape. He is totally turning into a fruit guy! He loved these the most (I could tell by his moans and groans and jumping up and down when I took too long to give him another bite!). There wasn’t one that he didn’t like though, he just has favorites! He really loves being able to hold them and suck the food out and he never left a bite uneaten!
